REFUNDS & RETURNS

Cancelling an order
Every order is made to order, and production begins shortly after purchase. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund, including shipping. Email us at info@cedot.store with your order number. After 24 hours, orders can no longer be cancelled. Customers in the EU and EEA keep their statutory right of withdrawal described below.

If we are unable to ship your order within the production time stated in our Shipping Policy, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.

Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original retail packaging.

To start a return, email info@cedot.store with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return address in Korea.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund a return we do not receive.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.

The shipping you paid on the original order is refunded when the law requires it — see "Customers in the EU and EEA" below. For other destinations, and for partial returns, we refund the value of the returned goods.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders
Email info@cedot.store within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice. Please do not send the item back unless we ask you to — return shipping from most countries costs more than the item.

Customers in the EU and EEA
You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us an unequivocal statement of your decision by email to info@cedot.store before the 14 days are up — any clear written notice is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
