SHIPPING

Made to order
Every keychain is produced after your order is confirmed. Production takes up to
14 Korean business days. International shipping then takes 5–7 business days
depending on the destination. Most orders arrive about 3–5 weeks after
purchase.

Where we ship
We ship from Incheon, Republic of Korea, to most countries by EMS with
tracking. The countries we currently ship to are shown at checkout. You will
receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and order total,
and is always shown before you pay. Orders of $99 or more qualify for
reduced or free shipping, depending on the destination.

Import duties and taxes
United States: import duties are included in the shipping charge at checkout
and paid by us. Nothing further is normally due on delivery.

All other destinations: import duties, VAT and any handling fees are not
included in the price and are collected on delivery by your local carrier or
customs office. They are the responsibility of the recipient.

For customers in the European Union: a customs duty of €3 currently applies to
each item valued under €150. In France, a small-parcel tax of €2 per item also
applies, and import VAT of 20% is calculated on the value of the goods
including shipping. These rates are set by the authorities and may change.

If a parcel is refused at customs or left unclaimed and returned to us, we
refund the value of the goods. Shipping is not refunded.

Address changes
Email us at info@cedot.store within 24 hours of ordering and we will update
your address if the parcel has not shipped. We cannot redirect a parcel once it
has left Korea.
